How to attract luck using Feng Shui

Tip #1 ~ Clear Clutter to Enhance Prosperity: Clearing the clutter and debris in your home is the first step of Feng Shui and it costs you nothing. Clutter creates trapped energy that can affect you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Some people have so much clutter that they become paralyzed at the thought of cleaning it up. If you have an overwhelming amount of clutter, use this simple trick: Set a kitchen timer for 15 minutes and organize one small section of a room at a time. As you notice the energy shift, you'll become motivated to do more.
Tip #2 ~ Activate Good Luck with Goldfish: Placing goldfish, koi or carp inside your home or office aquarium will activate good luck. To generate the most luck, use nine fish - eight red or golden and one black. The most favorable place to position the aquarium is the living room of your home.
Tip #3 ~ Boost Good Luck and Wealth with a Fountain: Need more money, increased energy or better health? A tabletop fountain with the soothing sound of flowing water is just the ticket. Water fountains that collect water, symbolize collecting or acquiring wealth. The water element is symbolic of the flow and clarity of life-force energy. Position the fountain so that the water flows toward the center of the room for maximum results. Running water helps move positive chi energy through the room, while promoting a soothing, calm environment.
Tip #4 ~ Attract Money Luck with Bells: Hang small bells on the outside of the main door of your home or office. In feng shui, the sound of bells symbolically announces the coming of good news and prosperity. Choose small bells made of metal, ceramic or crystal. When you use bells as a Feng Shui cure, you should tie them together with red thread or ribbon, as this activates the good luck.
Tip #5 ~ Use Flowers for Good Luck: Fresh flowers in the home or office creates refreshing yang (active) energy and brings in good feelings and mood. Flowers are favorable in rooms where people gather, such as living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens. Flowers should be discarded as soon as they begin to wilt. In feng shui, anything dead or decaying is considered to create negative yin (inactive) energy.
Tip #6 ~ Use I-Ching Coins to Improve Your Wealth ~ In feng shui, I-Ching coins symbolize wealth. They can be found in Asian gift stores or online. Feng shui practitioners recommend taping three I-Ching coins tied together with red thread, yang side up, to your most important office file - i.e., bank accounts, potential customers. The yang side has four characters and the yin side has two characters. Placing the coins on your most important file will ensure your cash flow stays healthy throughout the year.
Tip #7 ~ Your Front Door can Enhance Your Health & Wealth: Is your front door hidden? Does your home or office face away from the street? If your entrance cannot easily be seen from the street, opportunities and income have a harder time getting to you. Invite chi to your front door by placing lights or moving objects like flags or wind socks along the path. Your front door is the gateway to opportunities, so make sure the condition and appearance of the door are inviting and that doorknobs and hinges works smoothly.
Tip #8 ~ Boosting Metal Energy Can Improve Finances: Metal energy is associated with both wealth and protection. Boosting metal energy in your home or office will help you reap the rewards of your hard work. Some metals which can be used in feng shui include stainless steel, aluminum, brass and sterling silver. Be careful not to use items that have sharp or pointy edges. Instead look for metal items with soft, rounded edges.
Tip # 9 ~ Shine a Light on Your Career Path: To improve chi energy and increase luck, shine a light on your career area. Adding light to any specific area will add illumination and activate chi. Illumination can come from natural sunlight, electrical lights, candles, or a fireplace.
